Pulse Gate Terms of Service

Pulse Gate contains animated neon visuals, moving particles, color changes, glow effects, and optional haptic feedback. A small number of people may experience discomfort, dizziness, migraines, or seizures when exposed to flashing lights, moving patterns, or high-contrast visuals. Stop playing immediately if you feel unwell. Reduced Motion / Low FX is available in Settings.
Acceptance of Terms
By playing Pulse Gate, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not play the game.
Eligibility and Age
You are responsible for making sure you are allowed to use the game in your location and, if required, have permission from a parent or guardian.
Description of the Game
Pulse Gate is a mobile web arcade game where players switch lanes, avoid hazards, build streaks, and may submit scores to leaderboards when account and backend features are available.
Photosensitivity, Motion, and Haptics
Animated visuals, color changes, glow effects, moving patterns, and haptic vibration can cause discomfort for some players. Stop playing immediately if you experience dizziness, eye strain, headache, migraine symptoms, nausea, disorientation, or any seizure-like symptoms. Optional haptics may be unsuitable for some players or devices.
Reduced Motion / Low FX
Reduced Motion and Reduced Background Effects settings are available to slow or reduce animation, particles, glow pulses, lightning-style effects, and background motion. These settings reduce visual intensity but cannot guarantee that every player will be comfortable.
No Medical Advice
Pulse Gate does not provide medical advice. If you have a history of seizures, migraines, motion sensitivity, or other relevant conditions, consult a qualified medical professional before playing.
Accounts and Usernames
If account features are enabled, you are responsible for your login credentials and for choosing a username that does not impersonate others, infringe rights, or contain abusive, hateful, or unlawful content.
Leaderboards and Fair Play
Leaderboard participation may require an account. Do not cheat, tamper with game code, automate gameplay, submit false scores, exploit bugs, or interfere with other players. Scores may be rejected, removed, or investigated where abuse is suspected.
Ads, Rewards, Subscriptions, and Payments
The game may include rewarded ads, score passes, subscriptions, payments, or similar features where available. Any paid or rewarded feature will be presented with its relevant price, rules, and availability before use. Third-party payment, app store, or advertising terms may also apply.
Privacy
The Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected or stored, including local game stats, account details, leaderboard submissions, and feedback.
Intellectual Property
Pulse Gate, including its name, code, visuals, audio, interface, and game design, is owned by its developer or licensors. You may play the game for personal entertainment, but you may not copy, redistribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit it except where permitted by applicable law or written permission.
Prohibited Conduct
You may not use the game to break the law, harass others, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt services, scrape or mine data beyond normal play, upload malicious content, or bypass security, payment, leaderboard, or account protections.
Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pulse Gate is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer and related parties will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, service interruption, device issues, or gameplay outcomes arising from or related to the game.
Changes to Terms
These Terms may change over time. If the Terms version changes, the game may ask you to review and accept the updated Terms before playing again.
